DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

Please ensure your registered email address and contact number are accurate.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

IndoDrip offers a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES

All return refunds are issued in the form of a credit note after successful quality inspection.

Refunds to the original payment method are applicable only if the product is defective or the exchange item is out of stock.

RETURN / EXCHANGE FEE

A nominal fee of ₹150 will be charged for all return and exchange requests.

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCEDURE

Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours (maximum two attempts).

Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.

QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection before approval.

EXCHANGE TIMELINE

Exchanges are processed and delivered within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.

SIZE EXCHANGE & AVAILABILITY

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a credit note.

EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS

Requests may be declined if products are worn, damaged, altered, or missing original tags/packaging.

CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are final. Cancellations or modifications are not permitted once placed.

SALE PURCHASE POLICY

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Shipping during sale periods may take up to 15 days.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear product images.
