4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
    INDODRIP does not store your card or banking details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

  • Placing an order does not mean automatic acceptance.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after:
    • Payment is successful, and
    • You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, address problems, or suspected misuse.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship across India and selected international destinations, subject to serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order is dispatched, responsibility during transit lies with the shipping partner.

INDODRIP is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.


7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:
    • Wrong product received
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit / promo code only
  • Credits are non-transferable and have limited validity
  • No cash or bank refunds unless legally required

8. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

  • Sale items are available for a limited time and limited stock.
  • Sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of verified manufacturing defects.
